- Borough proposal for whole of Lowewood to be a Museum.
- They agreed to find alternative accommodation for Arts activities.
- Survey showed 17,000 annual footfall for Arts at Lowewood, only 7,000 for Museum.

- Arts Centre closed. BArts without a base.
- Several of the 36 affiliated groups disbanded.
